Opening a Property page

The Market feed is intentionally summary-level. To review full investment details, the user opens the Property page by clicking Details or selecting the Property card.
The Property page is where the user can:
review deeper metrics and assumptions,
read documents/disclosures,
confirm buying constraints,
and proceed into the Buy flow.
