Market includes a filter bar so users can narrow down the feed to Properties that fit their preferences. The goal is to reduce noise, especially when you have multiple asset categories (properties and property-like businesses such as industrial assets, stadiums, wind farms, etc.).
Search is used for direct lookup by name, location keywords, or category tags.
Filters help users screen by constraints such as type, geography, pricing, yield range, minimum buy, or availability status.
Common filters you may expose:
Exact property name or Property owner (Company)
Location (country/city)
Price per share (select the price range)
Property type (Commercial / Industrial / Special purpose)
Yield (yield % range)
Tags (multiselect tags)
